Our team has developed this online tool to share your perspective and have your voice heard about your neighborhood. Those who wish to participate in the online tool/survey will have the opportunity to be placed into a random drawing for a $50 Amazon Gift Card. Click the button below to get started!

Information about the drawing: Those who wish to participate in the online tool/survey will have the opportunity to be placed into a random drawing for a $50 Amazon Gift Card that will be given out to 10 individuals in October when the survey has closed and they will be notified by email. One must provide their email at the end of the survey in order to be contacted if they win the drawing. The survey will open in August 2026 and will close in October 2026. Only human entries will be accepted. One must be 18 or older to participate. The random drawing will be available for the first 5,000 human entries that complete the online tool/survey. One has 1 in 500 chance or .2% chance of winning the prize.
Note: Individuals who do not wish to participate in the study may enter the drawing by filling out this brief form with your email between August 2026 and October 2026 for equal opportunity in the drawing.
